2. Damage-Free Delivery
Every item arrives in the same condition it left. If anything is damaged, we cover full repair or replacement at retail value (not depreciated).
3. Flat-Rate Pricing
Your quoted price is your final price. No surprise fuel charges, stair fees, or 'long-carry' add-ons. The price you're quoted is what you pay.
4. No-Stress Promise
If you're unsatisfied with any part of your experience, we'll refund up to 25% of your bill. No questions, no forms, just an apology and a credit.
